All the answers to the most common asked questions

The prices on the site are meant for the whole room per night and include taxes and breakfast. Excluded is the tourist tax, which involves an additional charge of 6.00 euros per day per person.
Check availability and rates according to the period you want to stay.

In-person check-in, with reception staff available, is offered until 3:00 PM.

From 3:00 PM onwards, self check-in is available. Instructions will be sent by email or WhatsApp from reception. The information will be delivered to your device starting at 3:00 PM. For any further information, please call +39 055 017 1262 (for callers within Italy). International guests can call our WhatsApp number at +1 (858) 630-3485. This number is for calls only and cannot receive messages.

Check-out is available from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.


From the ‘Book Now‘ page, you can choose between the following modes:

1 – Direct booking

You can book the room directly from the site and pay online

2 – Send a booking request

By filling out the booking form available on the website, you will send us a booking request.
You will not need to make any online payment through our website.

Upon receiving your reservation request, our staff will quickly check the availability of your chosen room and send you a confirmation email with the price of your stay.

At this point you can definitively confirm your choice in the manner that will be indicated to you by email.

Yes, for the Refundable Rate, a deposit equal to 30% of the total booking amount is required. We will provide you, upon confirmation of room availability, with the details to make the transfer and confirm the reservation.
In case of Non-Refundable Rate, a transfer of the full amount will be requested upon confirmation of reservation.

Yes, we accept credit cards.

Children from 0 to 12 years are exempt from the tourist tax
From 0 months to 2 years do not pay;
From 2 years to 5 years pay a surcharge of €15 on the total room price;
From 5 years to 12 years pay a surcharge of €25 on the total room price.

Refund of your reservation is provided for Refundable Rates only.
In accordance with the cancellation policies, should causes arise that effectively prevent you from keeping your reservation, you still have the option, with at least 5 days’ notice of your arrival date, to request cancellation of your reservation and a refund of any deposit paid.

You will be able to park your car in our private parking lot at the facility at a cost of €25 per night.

Yes, breakfast is always included.
Through our App we will provide you with a personalized digital wallet, with a daily credit of about 15-18€ per person. The wallet is automatically loaded for all days of your stay and can be used freely to order what you prefer from the a la carte menu.

Of course. Free Wifi is available in the whole apartment.

Yes, we have free luggage storage you can use if you need it.

No. At the check in we give you keys and all the access codes of the B&B and the private parking if you need it. You’ll be free to go in and out as you wish.

We are sorry but our rooms are all non-smoking, in return, they all have balconies furnished with seating and a small table, (all except the turquoise room).
The common area of the kitchen/breakfast room also has a balcony for guests’ use.
