The prices on the site are meant for the whole room per night and include taxes and breakfast. Excluded is the tourist tax, which involves an additional charge of 5.50 euros per person per day.
Check availability and rates according to the period you want to stay.

Check-in is available all day long, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Possibility of self check-in H24.

Check-out is available from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.

From the ‘Book Now‘ page, you can choose between the following modes:

1 – Direct booking

You can book the room directly from the site and pay online

2 – Send reservation request

Filling out a reservation form available on the website, you will send us a reservation request.
You won’t have to make any payment from the website.

Once we receive your request, we’ll check for availability for the dates and the room you chose and we’ll send you a confirmation by email.

At this point you can definitively confirm your choice in the manner that will be indicated to you by email.

Yes, the reservation requires the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation in the event of a Refundable Rate. After confirming the availability of the room, we will indicate you the coordinates to make the transfer and confirm the booking.
In the case of a non-refundable rate, at the time of booking confirmation, the transfer of the full amount will be requested.

Yes, we accept credit cards.

Children under 12 are not considered “adults” so they don’t have to pay the city tax (€4 per person per day).
From 0 to 2 children don’t pay;
From 2 to 5 children pay a surcharge of €15 on the hotel room price;
From 5 to 12 children pay a surcharge of €25 on the hotel room price.

The structure offers, on request, a cot or an additional arm chair – bed in addition to the bed in the room.

The refund of the reservation is foreseen only for the Refundable Rates.
Following the cancellation policies, if you can’t honor your reservation, you have the possibility of asking for the cancellation of your booking and the refund of your deposit. We ask for at least 5 days’ notice of your arrival date.

You can park in our private parking space at the cost of € 25 / per night.

It’s possible to choose for a Menu a la Carte free dishes ( the ones marked with a “star”) and other dishes for a fee.
To further accomodate our guests, we add to the plates with a “star” a €5 voucher you can spend on other dishes.

Of course. Free Wifi is available in the whole apartment.

Yes, we have free luggage storage you can use if you need it.

No. At the check in we give you keys and all the access codes of the B&B and the private parking if you need it. You’ll be free to go in and out as you wish.

We’re sorry but all our rooms are non smoking. They have a balcony with a table and chairs where you can smoke (except for the turquoise room).
You can also smoke on the balcony of the kitchen / breakfast area.
